Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to gather pricing, assess risks, and ensure competitive proposals. Support bid preparation, value engineering, and budgeting efforts to align with schedule and financial goals.
Develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models (BIM) for construction and design projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure accurate model integration, clash detection, and project coordination. Support project teams with model-based workflows, drawing production, and adherence to BIM standards and client requirements.
Create, manage, and update detailed project schedules to support the planning and execution of construction and engineering projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to define activities, sequence tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Analyze schedule performance, identify potential delays or risks, and provide timely updates to ensure on-time delivery. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required, with experience in other scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project considered a plus.
