Structural Engineer

Position: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to support the design and development of residential and commercial projects. The role involves producing structural calculations, drawings, and coordinated solutions that are code-compliant and construction-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop structural designs, calculations, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and project teams
  • Review drawings and ensure compliance with codes and standards
  • Provide practical and efficient design solutions
  • Support project delivery from concept through construction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
  • Experience with structural design software and analysis tools
  • Strong knowledge of US codes and standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit is a plus

Position: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are looking for an MEP Engineer to design and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will deliver efficient, code-compliant, and well-coordinated designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design MEP systems for residential and commercial projects
  • Prepare drawings, calculations, and specifications
  • Coordinate with structural and architectural teams
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • Support BIM coordination and clash detection

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
  • PE license preferred (or working toward licensure)
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and MEP design tools
  • Strong understanding of building systems and codes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Position: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and support project budgeting and planning. The role involves analyzing drawings, performing quantity takeoffs, and developing detailed cost breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
  • Perform quantity takeoffs using industry tools
  • Review drawings and specifications to identify project scope
  • Support value engineering and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with project teams on budgeting and planning

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction estimating (MEP/Structural preferred)
  • Familiarity with RSMeans, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
